Was it really that hard of a concept?
I heard the line, just not sure to what you're referring about it. So my "spoiler it" was why don't you start a conversation about what you're thinking in regards to the line. You know... Drive some discussion.

Yeah, I misread it. To be fair, it's a pretty short reply, and seems at first blush to be either asking asking what I meant by spoilering, or asking what I was spoilering.
Spoiler!
I love the dramatic situation where it's clear that you've gone through a lot, but that doesn't mean you've won. All you've done so far is survive. There's more in store but you can stand it [or maybe you can't]. So many plots, especially in episodic television, reset after a trial, like finishing a level in a game. It's more natural and more tense to say instead "you think that was tough? Things are just getting started." It sparks the fearful imagination and keeps the tension and narrative flowing

Then of course, there's this.
Yup. That's exactly how I took it. Deadwood did it better. [Reply]
The trailer did a nice job of only showing folks not at the Negan scene, Carol, Morgan (now meeting the Kingdom group), Tara, and Heath (out on a 2 week run prior to the end of last season).
Other than the opening scene we never see anyone, at least directly, from the last season's finale.

Spoiler!
Glenn and Abraham have only been confirmed for the first episode of this season. Neither actor has been seen on set since filming of the first episode and reports are that they are finishing the mid season finale this week.
Neagan beats one to death (who is not known at this time) and another gets killed after / during the beating. My money is on Abe getting beaten and Glenn getting killed trying to stop it.
