I think we're pretty much done with FA until after the draft. Omenihu will cost us at least $3.625M (signing bonus) and Tranquill's guaranteed money isn't listed on Spotrac. They show us with $14.9M available. It looks like the Bank of Mahomes money was figured into that $14.9M. We'll need $9.8M (Spotrac's estimate) to sign our draft class. The Jones extension is still up in the air.
Without dumping some salary (CEH and a few camp fodder guys), there isn't a whole lot of cash left in the cookie jar. [Reply]

They don’t need $9.8 million right off the bat to cover the draft class. They could easily get that in a Jones extension. [Reply]
I don't know how accurate it is, but some article in Arrowhead Addict implied that Veach only needs about $3M? to cover the draft class? The rest could be finagled after. [Reply]

Morse, meh.
Thornhill was decent, just very up and down as well. But in terms of WRs/offensive weapons really there's not much there.
figured it out. I was originally discussing 2nd round offensive picks. Somehow drifted into any 2nd round picks. [Reply]

Marketing people are teaching personal branding in college now. It's a fad. They teach you're supposed to have one now in business. You can even have a personal logo. And you have a personal mission or vision statement or whatever it's called.
It's pretty cringe, but that goes with much of the marketing territory. Glad I'm not young and expected to do this [Reply]

IIRC, Morse got the largest FA contract for a center when he signed with BUF. That's not meh at all. [Reply]
