I’m still on this, because it’s been my pet peeve for awhile.

Practically every penalty on kick returns is on the return team. Returners almost never make it much past the 20. Even more rare to get to the 25.

Major risk of a guy who isn’t a typical ball carrier fumbling.

I have no idea why ST coaches allow it. I have no idea why anyone tries it.
