Alabama has the talent to beat Georgia and if they play their absolute best, they could win.
But they’re so inconsistent, their run game and OL are inconsistent. Defense is solid.
I personally think they’ll lose by 10+ today because they can’t run the ball and are going to be forced to pass and be one dimensional. [Reply]
If you have Cincy and Michigan and Georgia in, and Bama loses a close one to Georgia, you wanna put in who instead of Bama?
ND? Baylor? Ohio St.?
I’m sticking with Bama unless they get blown out by Georgia.
Notre Dame.
Look at Alabama’s schedule this season-they face the same issue Notre Dame did. They faced a lot of teams that were down that are typically good(not their fault).
This would be their second chance at a win over a really good team. [Reply]

Yep.... at this point it comes down to who can beat Georgia....... and if Alabama plays them close, the answer is yes, Bama could beat Georgia.
Can you say the same for (lol) Cincinnati or Notre Dame or Oklahoma State, etc?
You don't have to be amazing to make the playoffs, at least not this year.... Alabama can be flawed and still clearly be the better choice over any other team on the outside looking in. [Reply]

It isn’t an indictment on them-they lost a shit ton of talent and personnel.
Their offense next season will be one of Saban’s best(Young is the best QB he’s had). [Reply]
