Kansas City is trading its first-round pick Thursday night, along with three other picks in the 2021 and 2022 drafts, to the Baltimore Ravens in exchange for Pro Bowl OT Orlando Brown and one pick in the 2021 draft and another in 2022, per sources.

I get that part of it, but just solving your top competition in the conference's biggest need seems like an especially bad way to deal with that issue. [Reply]

Yeah that’s how I look at it. We got over on them in my opinion.
When you break it down in simple terms, brown is better than anyone we could’ve gotten at 31 so essentially we are picking Orlando brown with our 31st pick.
Next is what matters and we got their 2nd and gave them our 3rd...
Yeah we lost a 4th and a 5th but that is pennies especially when we are picking 31st.
So essentially we got Orlando brown, and we swapped our 3rd for their 2nd. [Reply]
Yeah Eager was going in on this trade him and soren also said the defense will be worse this year. Not sure how anyone can come to that conclusion. [Reply]

Maybe the strong tackle draft killed his trade value. We obviously offered the best compensation, so I’m guessing no one else was even close. [Reply]
