Seriously fuck him. He can't play when it really matters? Can't come in for the last drive of the game, because he tore his pussy? What was the point in him playing at all? He didn't look tired and didn't look hurt, so why couldn't he play for 10 more plays? He could have probably helped a lot on that final drive. Worthless fuck [Reply]
Oddly enough after I posted that yesterday....John Wall fell in his home and tore his achilles anyway so now he is out 12 months and that was after surgery. So now hes getting surgery AGAIN.
That is like nightmare scenario for Chiefs fans and Berry lol [Reply]

If Berry's injury is even close to that theres no way he will be ready by camp.
Wall had just had surgery for his Haglund's Deformity. The #Chiefs certainly aren't in the clear yet on Eric Berry (who we haven't gotten any news on since the end of the year). https://t.co/a0gQktypKe
The statement continues: Wall developed an infection in the incision from the initial surgery to repair a Haglund's deformity & chronic Achilles' tendon injury on Jan. 8. He suffered the rupture after slipping & falling at home.

Not sure why everyone is upset about his contract. He’s was the best in the league at the that time, you can’t predict injuries. Shit happens, he deserved that contract. [Reply]

It is and everybody that is pissy with Berry already knows that. They don't care. [Reply]

Okay, that's why he didn't have surgery this past season. As it is now, everyone 100% knows he needs surgery to even come close to returning to being a decent player. Without surgery he's the same brokedick who got dominated by another brokedick in the AFCCG. The longer he waits on the surgery the longer he's out and the higher the likelihood that he misses even more time next year. Despite that, Berry has still yet to have surgery. We're very likely going to go through this day to day shit for another year. [Reply]

So what's the alternative strategy if Eric Berry doesn't have the surgery and wants to continue playing football... a repeat of this year's "day to day"/hope for holistic healing approach? [Reply]

Because the Chiefs we're stuck between a rock and another fucking rock.
1. Re-sign Berry and overpay.
2. Let Berry walk and take the PR hit for letting a cancer survivor leave.
And you can sit there and talk about how #2 isn't a huge deal....but you damn sure know it would have been if Berry went someplace else and won a championship. [Reply]

My position is that the Chiefs either need a significant re-structure or need to say a very hard goodbye this offseason. [Reply]
The team has been more than “friendly” with EB 29/Haglunds, it’s time EB 29/Haglunds is “friendly” with the team. If that’s not the position then seriously... FUCK HIM [Reply]
