It's for sale. I'm getting my stuff out tomorrow as people are coming in to look at it this weekend. A tornado went through there 3 weeks ago and destroyed the marina there at Buncombe creek. But went around my area so lots of people are looking for a place to live. Since I can't get down there to enjoy it the timing is right to sell.
It's fully furnished if you're interested and an extra perk is that a fishing guide lives next door. [Reply]

I thought they used to close early on Good Friday.
IIRC Crow just went with recent IPOs to try to capture growth opportunities. Swinging for the feces. Smaht! [Reply]

Ah, okay. I will wait with excitement.

That makes sense. I just looked at his stocks and ... well, I'll let Hog do the reporting.
I took the opposite approach, picking stocks that will likely move less but will be less sensitive. I hate to admit it, but I was picking in preparation for a not-so-great stock market year, but with the hope of getting upside if I'm wrong. [Reply]
Looks like I'm not doing too shabby... so far. I did pick 3 IPOs I felt were solid bets in different industries. They could crash as fast and as quickly as they've grown though and we've got a year to go. If I did have money to spend in real life, I'd definitely have swung a hefty chunk at all 3 though and be looking to ditch a good chunk soon. [Reply]
