Just goes to show how despite a lot of the same team behind it Mando is clearly the better show. The best episodes of Bobba Fett have basically been episodes of The Mandolorian. [Reply]
Holy shit. Everything about that episode was awesome.
Spoiler!
Cad fucking Bane. And they nailed it. Fucker strolled into town like a boss. That's some space western done right. I saw the cowboy hat, and immediately yelled "No fucking way!"
Krayt dragon skull. LOL, where the hell are they gonna put that? How'd they get it on the sandcrawler? :-)
Nothing like beating an old dead mare - but how does KK have any semblance of anything at Disney or Lucasfilms after the popularity of what Filoni and Favreau have brought to the table since they've been given reign over these shows? Get Filoni and/or Favreau in her office rite naow. [Reply]

I have no idea why they felt the need to throttle Boba Fett like they have. Seeing him in Slave 1 take out the Sarlaac was fucking amazing, but everything besides that has been just ok at best.
Mandolorian is far superior, as a show and definitely as a character. Boba has been alright, but his right hand is more interesting and more of a bad ass. [Reply]

The way they're merging everything together makes me wonder why they didn't just call it by a single title, like "Adventures in the New Republic" or something similar. The fact that they had an entire episode of The Book of Boba Fett that didn't have Boba Fett in it is kind of telling. Plus, Boba's pretty far down on the list of prominent characters that I care about. And all it takes is a few minutes of Luke in either series and it basically becomes The Luke Skywalker Show. To the town of Mos Pelgo walked a stranger one fine day
Hardly spoke to folks around him, didn't have too much to say
No one dared to ask his business, no one dared to make a slip
For the stranger there among them had a big blaster on his hip
Big blaster on his hip
It was early in the morning when he walked into the town
He came walking from the south side slowly lookin' all around
He's an outlaw loose and running, came the whisper from each lip
And he's here to do some business with the big blaster on his hip
Big blaster on his hip
In this town there lived a Marshal by the name of Cobb
Many Pikes had tried to take him and that many were out of a job
He was vicious and a killer though a youth of 44
And the notches on his blaster numbered one and 19 more
One and 19 more
Now the stranger started talking, made it plain to folks around
Was a Syndicate Enforcer, wouldn't be too long in town
He came here to deliver a message to a Marshal about a job
And he said it didn't matter he was after Marshal Cobb
After Marshal Cobb
Wasn't long before the story was relayed to Marshal Cobb
But the marshal didn't worry Pikes that tried before were out of a job
20 Pikes had tried to take him, 20 Pikes had made a slip
21 would be the enforcer with the big blaster on his hip
Big blaster on his hip
The morning passed so quickly, it was time for them to meet
It was 20 past 11 when they walked out in the street
Folks were watching from the windows, everybody held their breath
They knew this handsome marshal was about to meet his death
About to meet his death
There was 40 feet between them when they stopped to make their play
And the swiftness of the enforcer is still talked about today
Marshal Cobb had not cleared leather 'fore a bolt fairly ripped
And the enforcer's aim was deadly with the big blaster on his hip
Big blaster on his hip
It was over in a moment and the folks had gathered round
There before them lay the body of the marshal on the ground
Oh, he might have went on living but he made one fatal slip
When he tried to match the enforcer with the big blaster on his hip
Big blaster on his hip
Big blaster, big blaster
When he tried to match the enforcer with the big blaster on his hip
Big blaster on his hip
OMG this is the “Star Wars” we have wanted since the original movies. This was so good. We will be forever grateful to Faverau and Filoni for giving us this version of “Star Wars”.
Now if they give us a Tarantino/Captain Kirk/Klingons movie. I can die happy. :-) [Reply]

Like I said months ago...it's an end around on that bitch Kathleen Kennedy and JJ Abrams.
They gave us six hours of dreadful dreck...Filoni and Co. have given us three times that and it's all goddamn wonderful. [Reply]
Again no knowledge of canon or YouTube spoilers but I’ll spoil the opinion
Spoiler!
grogu is obviously taking the chain mail. He’s going to fly around with Mando in the already built space for him. He will use the dark saber. Lore has it that you have to defeat them in combat, not kill them right? He could defeat Mando easily without hurting Mando.
