Most large cities have something magical about them. My wife had a blast in Chicago last year. We did one of those Architectural river tours.

We did the same thing on the trip from my last post.

I was stationed at Ft. Gordon close to 30 years ago when you could still walk up and buy a ticket to the practice rounds. Not a golfer but this country boy was amazed that EVERY INCH of that course was manicured. There were even rake marks in the bottom of the ravines between the holes. [Reply]

Sweet wide tie you don't see those anymore.
The guy on your right seems to be getting to friendly :-)
The guy on the right, he had a good looking date, she was a pilot, she use to do a bank run picking up checks along the panhandle of Florida. His name was Doug McLean, before he was a controller he was a Miami school teacher. He wasn't a very good controller, he cared more about how he sounded than what he did. Overall, Doug was a pretty good guy, one of the few bachelors we had at the facility out of 57 controllers at the time.
Out of the 57, there were 46 of us fired by Reagan in the strike of '81. [Reply]
Mr. Doggity and me -and some bar chick who was hanging on Doggity- back in 2004 at Neighbor's Landing in Osage Beach. Our band Viagra Falls played this dive once a year for about a half dozen years. Good times.
