Not only gas but a couple months ago it cost me $40 to just fix a flat. I think 5 years ago it cost 10 to 15 bucks. Now I got another tire that keeps going low. I have a portable air machine fortunately but I'll have to pay the piper sooner or later.

Different flats have different fixes.

It's still around 20 bucks here, if you have more nails it cost a little more.

Most places don't plug them, they patch them. Plugging tends to break belts. Now with that said I generally plug older tires myself, but a newer tire I usually have patched. Think it's normally $25 around these parts.
