Everyone going hyperbolic about Veach not having a plan right now needs to chill. The fuck. Out.
He didn’t turn into Chris Ballard overnight.
I think their plan A at edge was Z Smith. Their plan B is yet to be seen.
Last year, people lost their minds when KC missed out on Rodney Hudson and Trent Williams during the first week of FA. The plan B there ended up being pretty great. [Reply]

He'll be surrounded by much closer to Rams-level talent in Buffalo than Denver-level talent.
I think Pest is spot on with his 9-10 sack idea. Could be a LOT more considering he's going to get to pin his ears back late in a lot of those AFCE matchups. [Reply]

Buffalo’s defense is much more scheme than talent.
That team is nowhere near the Rams in terms of actual talent, especially in the front 7.
They have a good safety tandem, a legit CB1, and some solid players. They aren’t a defense oozing talent. [Reply]
"Patriots have kicked around several ideas for compensation that include a possible swap of picks in the 2022 NFL Draft or simply giving the Cowboys a pick on Day 2, but the discussions are preliminary and haven’t yet been presented or formalized. Collins’ flexibility is also intriguing to the Patriots, considering he was converted from guard to tackle by the Cowboys and, as such, has an ability to kick inside if/when needed — as evidenced in 2021 following the emergence of Terence Steele at tackle.
La'el Collins is drawing trade interest from some NFL teams but, with nothing imminent, the Patriots are emerging as a strong candidate -- mulling compensation packages at the moment, I'm told."
Sounds like it would take at least a 3rd, maybe we'd get a late pick back in return. [Reply]

He hasn’t had double digit sacks since 2018.
Again, he’s still a good player, but you are really overrating him. [Reply]
