He's going to attempt to get the best deal he can, he'd probably prefer a contender but he's gonna weigh winning vs offers I'm sure if they're close he'll pick the better team but if one team is far and away above with money he's going there.

But it's misleading because of the four games, three went to OT and in all of them KC was in the drivers seat to win. KC mistakes, not Cincy dominance are the reason for that record. There's more to that record than meets the eye.

Pretty much why I never use that one myself. Same as “we have the best pass-rush in the NFL” - circa 2018 just prior to the AFCCG.

Or any of the half dozen other silly things people say, like “we have the number one offense,” based on a single stat like total yards, while completely ignoring any stat that doesn’t conform to that one metric.

Number one in yards, in scoring, in efficiency, in explosive plays. What metric would you like to use?
