I expect him to have a much better 2nd half.
They’re defending him completely differently than they did in the first 4 games, effecgivdly trapping him on every single screen and sometimes even sending outright doubles. I’d assume it is because of no Conley 3PT threat. [Reply]

LeBron for a long time
Pretty clearly it’s Jokic right now
Who do you guys think is next in line when Jokic declines (or maybe retires early)?
Ant? Wemby? SGA? Someone else?
I lean Wemby. Such a unique skill set. His ceiling is insane.
After this playoff series, for me it's Ant. Get this dude some offensive help because out of all the players in this round, he's the one doing the most on his own. He is just so explosive. SGA a close second if he can develop more of an outside shot. [Reply]

Wemby's upside trumps both of those guys'. [Reply]

Depends on what kind of drive Ant develops.
The "Hey, this loss was on me..." thing is a good sign. That's a guy who wants the responsibility of leadership. He wants the ball coming through him.
I mean you may have a Magic/MJ sort of scenario where Wemby plays a more complete game than Ant, but Anthony Edwards wills his teams to more success.
It could be a lot of fun. Wemby's a very unique player where Jordan was simple the apex of a style that's existed for a very long time; Jordan was Worthy but better, IMO.
Is Wemby going to be like James where he just does everything extremely well for a long period of time? Maybe - would that be enough to be more impactful than a guy like Jordan, should Edwards develop that sort of mentality? Maybe not. [Reply]
