In 5-1 front: either get to Empty of 3x1 (TE opposite), test their RPO bubble rules
In 4-down (Over) front: Run the ball

Chiefs lead NFL in DPI flags (15) and yds lost (251) bc of those penalties. Eagles drew 10 DPI flags and rank 8th in yards gained (159). Per Joe Gibbs @nflrefstats1 this Carl Cheffers-led crew ranges from average to above-average in their tendency to call DPI
