Kansas City is trading its first-round pick Thursday night, along with three other picks in the 2021 and 2022 drafts, to the Baltimore Ravens in exchange for Pro Bowl OT Orlando Brown and one pick in the 2021 draft and another in 2022, per sources.
People comparing a 30 year-old Eric Fisher to 25 year-old Orlando Brown Jr and totally just conveniently forgetting the years where Fisher straight up sucked. [Reply]
If he absolutely sucks we can maybe move Niang to the left side and play Remmers at right tackle but I think this is worst-case scenario. If both Orlando and Niang suck, and not like because they're too green but like no they actually suck...We need to draft a left tackle with our first pick.
That said I think he's going to be good, show promise to be great, and get paid. [Reply]

I’m surprised Fisher signed with Indy. That puts him even closer to Pittsburgh and James Harrison. I hope he packed extra briefs. [Reply]
I think the first big test will be how the right side of the line holds up against a defensive front that plays a lot of games with stunts and twists. Hopefully those guys keep communicating and handing off well.
I agree, but it's not like Smith and Niang haven't dealt with stunts and twists before. Honestly, for smart players, it really shouldn't be that big of a deal. Experience and continuity are important, but talent wins out. I think they'll be better than fine. [Reply]
Wtf is going on in here? Posters using a few limited reps in some pre-season games instead of 2 years of All-Pro regular season reps to try and devalue the guys abilities. Let's stop jumping to conclusions based on preseason games. [Reply]
