Some fun here. Edwards-Helaire rushed for 1,415 yards and 16 touchdowns as a junior .. all-purpose yards -- receiving (55 receptions, 453 yards) and kick returner (KEY) 10 returns, 214 yards pic.twitter.com/3Duq1jjy6J
Holy offense Bat Man. I love Clyde Edwards-Helaire. He is best Rb in the draft. Watkins and Hill deep. Kelce in the middle. And Edwards-Helaire underneath. Good Luck defenses.
Brett Veach told Andy Reid to watch some Clyde Edwards-Helaire film and told Reid you’ll see Brian Westbrook. Reid watched. Then got back to Veach and said he’s better than Westbrook.

Which I just don't understand. It's possible to think both Jonathan Taylor and Clyde Edwards-Helaire will be good. But it just makes sense that Clyde is a better fit for the Chiefs offense. He talks like the Chiefs are idiots who passed up on Walter Payton for a scrub. [Reply]

Yeah, his take on the whole thing is stupid. The chiefs took the most dynamic playmaker in the draft and passed on someone who is still super talented but far less versatile.
i refrain from posting in ubeja threads out of principle.
Yeah I paid close attention to some of the other rookie RB's who played over the weekend and..
Taylor had nine carries for 22 yards (He's gonna get more touches now Mack is out so we'll see how he does)
Swift had three attempts for 8 yards and a TD...however he he dropped an easy catch to win the game for Detroit.
Akers had fourteen attempts for just 39 yards...and during the broadcast the play callers said the Rams REALLY wanted CEH but missed out because they never had a first round pick :-)
Dobbins had seven attempts for just 22 yards but he did have two TD's on the goal-line
Moss had nine attempts for 11 yards
Joshua Kelley had nine attempts for 60 yards and a TD
AJ Dillons had two attempts for 14 yards
Now obviously most of them weren't the featured back but it's heartening to see that Clyde had by far the best debut out of all of the rookies. [Reply]
Never thought about it until now but I wonder if the whole Ingram/Dobbins dynamic has a chance to cause issues?
Ingram was supposed to be the main back and he still got most of the carries. But between sharing carries with Jackson and them giving Dobbins the more scoring opportunities, I wonder... [Reply]
