Until they take away Section 230, it would be hard to sue a forum or get them in trouble as long as its not allowing discussion of illegal activity on its site.
Thats the whole point of section 230. Kyle cant vet every single thing posted in this forum. Vet every poster. It's not CP's job. But, they take away the section 230 exception, this site and every other like it are history. [Reply]

Needs to be altered, not abolished. Some sites/platforms absolutely operate unchecked under that protection unfairly because they have become so huge they now have significant impact on the shape of government. Catering to that platforms majority views. The "get your own platform" was debunked when a certain social media platform was taken down by someone who didn't agree with it that owned the servers. Recently the government also admitted to working with Facebook to censor post. Regardless of your political affiliation or what it was, as an American that should alarm you. [Reply]

I've already had "conversations" with a 3 letter agency and several with Facebook about remarks in chapters connected to Arrowhead Kingdom. We haven't even officially launched yet.
They have damn good bots to find threats. The bot picks something up, they just need to see if its a real threat or someone mouthing off behind a pseudonym on the internet. [Reply]
