We have a pretty weak holding penalty on us that removes a touchdown from us, and a DPI call that in the moment looked pretty close with the naked eye (without slow-mo) that removed an interception, so of course the game is rigged for us, when it would have been INFINITELY easier to just let those items stand.
In regards to the "lack of holding call" BS that is going around, only Joe Thomas, Geoff Schwartz, and several other offensive linemen have said on Twitter that what happened was in no way Holding at the NFL level.
If it wasn't for the BS on 3rd & 9, this crap wouldn't be getting the momentum it is. Side note: Per Nick Wright (and pulled up the box score and pulled up the play to verify), we punted from the same spot we would have if the 3rd & 9 situation didn't happen. the 40 yard line, as the first down received there was from a defensive holding penalty.
Excuses and Narratives, everyone has them, and they're all worthless. [Reply]
This is not a hold… Get over yourself if you think it was because this gets called only in high school, but it’s not within the bounds of what is considered holding in the NFL because Browns’ hands were inside the framework of the DE’s cylinder, and the feet were not beat https://t.co/0MECBqEdzJ

Yeah, it's not even close to the same. Kelce is wide open and he's throwing it to him. The arm gets hit which effects the angle of the ball. I mean, this is the level of stupid we are dealing with this morning. I don't even remember if the Cincy sideline or players even protested the play. Anyone remember? [Reply]

No, pretty obvious his arm was hit, and from the ref’s position he would have seen that. [Reply]
You could not ask Brown to have his hands in better position. The defender dips to avoid the chip. Brown is bigger and stronger. He locks him up. Hill goes w/a rip move on Smith. A rip move is NOT a holding until the OL get's behind the DL. OL stays between DT and QB. https://t.co/b58tfTTIDf
1. On the 3rd and 9, yeah it seemed shady at first. But they have fucking video evidence of the ref running in and waiving his hands to stop the play before the ball was snapped. VIDEO EVIDENCE. It happened. The play was blown dead. Get over it. On top of that, it was completely inconsequential. It actually HURT the Chiefs.
Verdict: You have to be a brain dead fucking moron to be latching onto this one.
2. The Intentional grounding call was text book grounding. He threw the ball at his OL's feet to avoid a sack and he didn't have a receiver even close. Again, we have fucking photographic evidence of this. Burrow was inside the tackle box, didn't get the ball to the LoS, and there was no receiver near. Fucking text book grounding. Jesus, it couldn't be MORE intentional grounding if he tried.
Verdict: If you don't understand what intentional grounding is, :-).
3. The Mahomes roughing call was again, surprise surprise, text book. Mahomes had two fucking feet out of bounds. This wasn't some, "oh he barely stepped on the line" shit. No. Dude had TWO feet touch white. Text book roughing.
Verdict: Again, fuck your feelings, learn the rules. [Reply]

For sure, I can get the frustration as a fan of the game ending that way. Just like the D Ford offsides you don’t want to see a game in that way. It was the correct call though. [Reply]
