Jones looks like he’s on a mission. Imagine if he blows up into a monster this year. Just thinking about all the players who look to be ascending is exciting. Even if just half of them make that leap, this team could be scary good. [Reply]
But I was told it was a mistake to move Jones outside. That we were only doing it because we were irresponsible about adding more DE help and that Jones wouldn't be very effective and make us weaker at DT. And I was told that it was a pretty obvious thing to see happening and that the Chiefs coaching staff should really have known better. [Reply]

Lulz. The university no one knows exists mewling because a nationally recognized institution of basketball royalty couldn't care one way or another about it. [Reply]

Weird fantasies of nobody wanting KU aside, the fact that you're arguing idiotic non-rival college crap in the training camp thread aside, the fact that you rarely have salient points in general aside...
It must absolutely suck to see Kansas football, at the lowest point of its existence, still be more valuable than Missouri football is.
Chris Jones is such a monster where ever you put him, but him being able to throw Brown down like that off of just a strong arm pass rush may have been a lowkey highlight of training camp so far.
This dude is 6’6 295 with the strength still remaining from when he was 325. I can’t think of many bigger tackles he’ll face this year that are bigger than Brown. He’s going to be bulldozing tackles all year, he’s just too big and his agility makes him a legit edge presence. I may be down to just have him there majority of his snaps at this point. [Reply]
