Brown lost on some reps (badly on one), not a big deal. But we don't have to sit here and pretend like nothing happened either and that those reps were meaningless, because they weren't.
We should take note of it. Store it away in your brain and continue building a report as the days/weeks/months go on and use it all in its totality to form an opinion, and project from there.
