The acting was fantastic but I also hope whoever was responsible for the overall quality of the show comes back for seasons 2 & 3. Quality shows are so rare. This stood out immediately. I hate reading movies. Definitely never did it for a TV show. Very happy I gave this a chance.

I would have been happy if the series ended after one season. Personally, I liked the ending.

On board for Seasons 2 and 3 as Shogun was one of the few times I eagerly looked forward to watching a show every week.
