Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.
Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:
If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point. [Reply]
So appreciate the recommendation on using a machine for O/H press. Shit has been working miracles over the last week. Pain levels are way down while doing bench press. I still have some extended soreness and pain.
Did 185 4x6 last night and it was easy so I will be tacking on another 10 lbs next upper body day. [Reply]

No, actually I've known a few women that used and that's it. The typical cutting cycles of guys I know are Tren, Winny, and Test Prop.....the perception is that Anavar is pretty weak. [Reply]

Will not add bulk with anavar. Will add strength, speed, and cut.
Used quite a bit by athletes during off season when they know they won't be tested. [Reply]

About 7 weeks out from show time. Not sure if I'm going to make it. I keep dropping about 3lbs a week.. down to about 201-202 now and probably need to hit 185-190 ish. Just switched from cyp to prop and will be trying a few other toys hoping to get those abs to pop. All those physique guys have shredded abs, they don't carry the muscle I do, but I've got to get shredded in the mid section. I'm also using straight Keto for contest prep and I look flat and unvascular as fuck. I think it's the best route for myself in the long run, but I can see why guys mentally don't like it. [Reply]
