Glad Reid does not read CP.
This and I don't even like Alex Smith, didn't want him to land in Kansas City but he did and I didn't like it. He is serving his purpose here and all we need him for is to buy time for Patrick to get ready to take over. The better Alex plays the more time it will give Patrick to learn what he needs to learn so he can be more effective on the field when his opportunity arrives. We get to watch this kid blossom into a dream quarterback right in front of our eyes.
The best part is I think Patrick can handle any situation and have success even if he gets thrust early and struggles he will come out on top for it. No reason to push things so he can grasp each week watching. His first game he should pay close attention to Tom Brady and he can learn a lot. [Reply]

It would take highway robbery for Belichick to part with Garoppolo.
And Coughlin is way too conservative to make that kind of trade. [Reply]
