And they get to face Flaherty. Whatever, I don’t expect this team to win it all anyways. [Reply]

In that same 36 years The Royals have had 4 shots and won 2. Oh and before we start the argument of "at least we made the playoffs" good on you,I guess, but the last time I checked Championships are the ultimate measure. [Reply]

Good job. You got the same win % as the Yankees throughout their history. Thumbs up, take that their forum and report back. [Reply]

We faced the Nationals in the last week of the regular season. They were fighting for a wild card spot. We were fighting for the Division. We faced Sherzer, Corbin and Strausburg. We won 2/3.
For whatever reasons this team cant hit soft tossing pitchers. But, can handle the pitchers with great stuff. We beat the Philly team that supposedly had the 3 best pitchers of all time to start an NLDS. No explaining why this is, but its continues for a long time.
The Cardinals have a history of overperforming in the playoffs too. aka...Last time we played Washington, They were supposed to be this unbeatable powerhouse. Pete Kozma took them down. We didnt even deserve to make the playoffs in 2006 and 20011. Yet we won the World Series both years. I'd not write us off yet. [Reply]
