It's getting closer so I figure we could move some draft talk to the Lounge.

Charles Robinson usually has some good tidbits on stuff so heres a thread on some stuff he's hearing.

1. Evaluators are anxious to see #Alabama safety Deionte Thompson at today's pro day. There were concerns about his weight coming out of the combine (195 vs. 180ish in season). His speed/weight has left his overall report up in limbo for some teams.

There's literally nothing they could do that I would find upsetting in this draft. Some things, maybe would have me questioning their thinking.

FYI WR Arcega-Whiteside, the guy PFF ranked #25 and is starting to climb boards, just ran his 40.

4.49

At Stanford's pro day, J.J. Arcega-Whiteside ran a 4.49 forty-yard dash at 6-2, 225lbs. Grading on pro day curve, this indicates ~80th percentile height-adjusted speed.

For comparison based on frame: Dez Bryant (6-2, 220lbs) and Allen Robinson (6-2, 220lbs) ran 4.56 forty's.

Did a Draft Network mock today and it went like this:

1) CB Byron Murphy Washington
2) WR Deebo Samuel S. Carolina
2) S Deionte Thompson Alabama
3) WR JJ Arcega-Whiteside Stanford

Just didn’t like the board the way it fell, so I went and attacked WR and DB.
