It did work great, I had to open the door as the rib roast fell over after the initial 5 minute per pound cook time, but with that small of cut of meat it came out perfect. Will do that one again.

I received one of these for Christmas (Misen Chef knife). I hadn't asked for it, and I was surprised by the person who gave it to me, as I didn't think he'd know about it. He'd gotten one for himself, and liked it enough to get me one.

With all the leftovers, I probably won't get to test if for a few days, but I look forward to seeing how it performs.
