BREAKING: The Walking Dead has been renewed for a 24-episode 11th and final season, ending in 2022. AMC also greenlit a spinoff series focused on Daryl Dixon and Carol Peletier, premiering in 2023.https://t.co/kZTZVlJfftpic.twitter.com/QFaLb9F1qY
Kind of a false title (not the OP, I mean by AMC) “season 11” is really season 11 and 12 and the spinoffs will focus on the only characters left that anyone gives a shit about anymore anyway. [Reply]

They're making a movie with Rick Grimes, but the latest thing I saw about it says it's gonna come out after the show ends and 2023 was an estimation I saw. Which is....absurd. [Reply]

Without getting into spoilers, it kinda makes sense if the movies adapt the last arc of the comic. Which it seems like they're going to, at least to some extent. [Reply]
The last couple seasons (especially the most recent one) they have redeemed themselves.
I know it's no longer cool, and now "hip" to shit on the WD......but it's been quality the past couple seasons. Especially the arc with Alpha and Neegan. [Reply]

I was out years ago because of how bad it had gotten. Nothing happened for entire seasons, then a cliff hanger finale to pull people into the next season, where nothing happened until the next finale. [Reply]
