I think our personnel would play better in a 4-3 and that's not what Sutton runs. Our players aren't fundamental sound and that doesn't depend on super-talented guys. Our coaching staff doesn't seem to give a shit about discipline and focus. They seem to be just fine with guys making stupid penalties and not knowing their assignments.
