Did you take a nap? and was that the only meal of the day? It would be for me... :-)

No nap today and the only meal but I am about 15 minutes away from bed.

It will only take me between 3-5 minutes to fall into a deep sleep.

My wife's birthday dinner delayed a week by Hurricane Matthew: bone-in ribeyes with a Cult Cabernet (good value at $30). Now a Padron 7000 Maduro and Macallan 18 for dessert.

This is the requested recipe... These I made in the pic are cheeseburger sliders with carmalized onions ... and both recipes are awesome
Cheeseburgers have burger chees and carmalized onions
Ham has Ham Swiss and Mayo brushing sauce is the same for both

Beef stew, FMB portion size, it was a sample bowl to try it out. Pretty good stuff, I will get my stew fix for awhile.

For me, yes. I know you try to watch it, not knocking you.

Yeah, I typically photo my plate. Wife eats like a horse, hers are more substantial. I also figure you can always go back for seconds.

I'd post my dinner but I don't want people complaining since I already posted it in the sous video thread.
