Let's make one thing clear. This isn't on Ned. He didn't sign this shithole bullpen. Dayton Moore did it. I know he says his "plan" is to start making the required moves next year to prepare for our next "run," but lo and behold, he actually has a team that is ready to win right now. Rather than try to scramble together a serviceable bullpen, he sits on his damn hands in favor of the "plan."
