Does anyone ever really NEED a veggie plate? I got Zach on the wings. For a couple of years he's been playing around with amateur chef status and he makes very good wings in a variety of flavors...tasty...and he enjoys making them. If you want to bring something how about the traditional potato chips and dip? We'll go for broke on the whole cholesterol thing?

Yeah, but hotels in Scottsdale aren't cheap, especially this time of year. We're near Talking Stick Casino...would only cost $10 or so to Uber there and back. That would be my best guess for a reasonable room. Anyone else have an idea for Katie?
