Sunday I ate TWO BLT's on Sourdough toast with red skin breakfast potatoes at a local restaurant. I like my bacon a little on the softer side and gotta have extra mayo on both sides. :-)

since we got our chickens, i have deliberately been having them scratch in our garden areas, and putting compost down as well.

middle of winter here now, but by spring, we will have the most fertile garden soil since we bought the house 8 years ago. :-)

the only good tomato is one grown in a back garden that grows the size of sammich bread :-)
