Get really irritated with this taking so long. My last stimulus came through with ease, I qualified then and still qualify now. I didn't file in 2019 with TurboTax or H&R Block, I input my bank information on the IRS website for them to direct deposit it back in April. I guess it will come eventually, even if I have to claim it on my taxes. Plus it's looking like we're going to finally be authorized for the full $2,000 stimulus over the next month or two, so that's a plus. [Reply]

Yeah, looked up mine last night... direct deposit the first time, mailed this time. Didn't see anything in the FAQs explaining why. Found one article that suggested if you used TurboTax or H&R Block, etc; then the direct deposit info might have expired(?) and then you get a check... it was worded strange, but that's what I got out of it. Yeah I'm going to go check the mail here in a bit but I'm sure I'll have to file that credit form on my taxes this year to claim it. I hope the pool of unclaimed doesn't disappear by that time due to fraud or Government saying "tough shit". We got the first one on April 15th in the same bank account, the only change that happened was we moved in September but everything else stayed the same. Hope we don't get fucked on a potential third stimulus, if that should happen. [Reply]
Our 2x$600 showed up in our account. I'm blessed and don't really need it. We spent the last stimulus on nicer bicycles and gave away our old ones.
I would rather see the money directed to the people that are out of work - people who worked in restaurants and clubs, musicians and such. There are a ton of people that are really hurting [Reply]
