I don't entirely agree with that. His defense wasnt nearly this bad even when we kept losing Hali, Houston, berry, dj to injury. Even when we were starting Fleming and Gaines.

You can only lead the horse to the water. The blown coverages they have is insane, look at the 2-pt play. Thats a simple 2x2 switch when receivers are in a nasty split + compressed. You can coach them up all you want, but if they are not retaining the info what else can you do? They played so much better in the first half that its hard not to see how much of an influence Berry has in adjusting the scheme on the field and/or reminding people who to cover. [Reply]

I think the Chiefs have resigned themselves to the mindset that they can't blame Bob (either) because they focused on putting together a high-scoring offense (:-)), and Bob's best player was unavailable for two years until half of last night. Simply put, the Chiefs hardly ever "blame" anybody, that's a game they'll other teams do, but they aren't playing that game. They're determined to be known around the league as the team that's attractive because they're loyal, even if to a fault.
