My Off-season prediction as of June 9:
LeBron James and Paul George to Lakers. Will then trade for Kawhi Leonard. Brandon Ingram as the centerpiece in that one.
NBA gets a LA-Bay Area rivalry. Houston in the wing. Boston-Philadelphia rivalry in the east renewed. Cards fall right - LA/Boston Finals once again. [Reply]

Probably a combination of all of those things. Whatever his reasons, he left a great chance for more rings with Lebron. If "being #1" is more important to him than that, he's a selfish idiot. Which I'm not ruling out either. Nobody is gonna dethrone Golden State by themselves. [Reply]

**NEW**: In a lengthy (and remarkable) interview with Kyrie Irving, he repeatedly questioned whether the Earth is flat or round -- his most extensive comments to date on the subject.https://t.co/r5kcolLMjzpic.twitter.com/Q1FKuCjz8m

The premise of that statement is incorrect when you consider that LeBron in no way wanted GM David Griffin fired last summer, and yet Dan Gilbert stupidly fired him (or "did not renew his contract") anyway. [Reply]
LeBron was smart with his team construction. He made the team weak enough that if they won, he would earn all the accolades and if they lose, he would still be seen as a hero for carrying the team so far. And the media helped with the narrative. [Reply]

There is absolutely no way LeBroom and Westbrook could co-exist.
LeBroom's need to be superstar, coach, GM, President and local deity of whatever franchise he's a part of has reduced his career to a bunch of statistical garbage instead of championships.
He's done winning titles, because his physical decline is about to hit, and then his ball-hogging is going to be a lot less effective. [Reply]

His physical decline hit about four years ago now. He's still the best player in the league by leaps and miles because his mind/mentality/aptitude for the game is better than it has ever been. [Reply]
