There were occasional Thursday and Friday night games even in the 80s - all by ABC. It's unclear if he caught those.

I remember there was a Chiefs/Falcons Thursday night game scheduled for the week the strike started ('82?)

First prime time game we'd had in forever and it gets axed by the strike.

Edit: Found it.

Technically we played a Friday night game during one of the Vermeil years due to a hurricane coming into Miami, but that wasn't a national TV broadcast so it really wouldn't count in this chart. But it was a Friday night game.

KCFX mentioned that again last weekend. I remember that game. A lot of rain. We won.

Looks like he might have.

It happens today mostly at the end of the season, especially around Christmas.

Dallas drawing Sunday Night 42 times since the end of 2005 seems...

An average of more than 3 times per season. Pathetic.
