Damian Williams didn't seem like much of a signing either at the time.

Apparently, Veach likes to get a few young-ish RB's so he can create competition in camp. We're starting to get a pattern now.

actually I agree with MOST of this - But you simply have GOT to pay Hill - he plays hurt and can score from anywhere at any time (and often does) - that's phenom ability and he's a large part of not only our team's character but its chemistry as well, you supplement him in our first pick (if it were me) then sell out the remaining picks to d.

There's truth to both sides, but the thing is is - we don't want to pump out too much for an RB - as A. the answer may already be on the roster w/ Darrel. and B) you can find adequate talent super late in the draft. There's still some questions regarding Carlos. So this time I agree. There always will be ways to make money work though, don't ever let anyone tell you about that cap bullshit, on here - Billay.
