That doctor in the My 600 Pound Life show is a total badass who goes nuclear on the fatties.

I honestly think guys abandoning dating apps in mass will play a role once younger guys get tired of being ghosted by average to below average women. On apps like tinder the fatties can get above average to good looking guys along with a steady stream of simps to make them feel validated whereas in bars and clubs they are settled for at the end of the night. The unfair playing field on dating apps gives fatties an inflated sense of value (pun intended).

...

Guys are giving attention to fat girls online without ever meeting them and it's the fat girls fault?

Diabetes isn’t a threat. I’ve had it for 31 years now and I’m still healthy.

Most people with diabetes continue to eat like chit though.
I think it's still in the top 10 in leading cause of deaths in the US.

This is true, but they do so because it's extremely hard to find food that won't send your blood sugar through the roof. The Mrs was recently diagnosed, and if it weren't for me doing all of the shopping and cooking, she would have already given up. I've been having to get really creative with our meals to make them both appealing and delicious.

Have you never heard of the Keto diet? Its not really that difficult. Yea its a change but once you make it the change its not a big deal.

nah, that food is easy to find, the problem is the bad sugary food finding it's way to the mouth. :-)
