Indian dish. Chicken breasts seasoned with cumin, coriander, and smothered in yogurt, garlic, and ginger. Broiled until done and charred. Sauce is garam masala, red pepper, onion, garlic, in crushed tomatoes finished with some cream. Served over rice.

You need to find a good Indian buffet. It will open a whole new world.

It's a lot like casseroles in that lots of things are some form of meat in a thick sauce, like a stew. Most of it is served over [basmati] rice. But the spices are what make it and the result is quite different. Think of how spices make the difference between spaghetti and meat sauce, and chili.

Straight up rib sticking comfort food tonight... meatloaf, mashed taters and corn on the cob

Minced green pepper and onion
Diced tomato
A little garlic
Italian bread crumbs
Two eggs
Ketchup and brown sugar topping halfway through
Boom, done

Gonna bust the gut later tonight, and have plenty of leftovers for work as well

I actually need to get off here and start prepping PDQ...

My mouth is watering as it has been over 6 months since I've had Indian buffet and I'm craving it like a crack addict.

Making shepherd's pie today. Mostly for lunches next week - it reheats really well.

It's not a very pretty dish once it's served, so here it is right out of the oven.

Got this at the local grocery store today. Was surprised how nice the price was for it.

If that's how his sperm tastes, I don't give a fuck.

This was very good. I will be buying it again. Great seasoning.
