He is young and healthy. Not like the rest of us. He will be ready next season

This is sickeningly sad.

He is Juan heck of a baller and was visibly improving each week.

Still, Armani Watts is a viable substitute (said no Juan ever).

Big loss. Gotta Juander what Wally and Spags will do to fill the void.

Thank goodness we have that natural surface for winter games.

I'm just glad that achilles tendons stopped snapping on this team

So he probably won't play again until the 2021 season.

Was it completely non-contact?
Yes he came down the line off scrimmage chasing and boom down goes Jaun. I know a lot are blaming the field and there was a lot of slipping at first but as the game went on footing seemed fine. May have been Jaun stepped in a spot especially wet from tarp removal or linemen churned it up. I never saw chunks of sod coming up on that field like in Mexico it seemed the field got better as the game progressed probably the wind dried it out by half. Just a sad freek thing really but I guess some need a scapegoat.

That's really not true, for a high caliber athlete with top doctors he will probably be cleared to play in 4-6 months. However it will take closer to 12-18 for him to be 100% comfortable on the knee.

Thornhill will be a great addition right around the time the Chiefs head to the playoffs to defend their Super Bowl title. It will be a great story.

Adrian Peterson came back the quickest at 9 months. That time frame is reiterated in the following links when it comes to recovery time for an ACL in the NFL post surgery. It could take him longer like many other players as well.

Hope for the best, expect the worst. ACL injuries change the player.

Peterson's was ridiculous because he looked the same, most guys even once cleared take some time to get back to where they were.

I feel bad for the kid.

He was getting better each week & by the time the Super Bowl rolled around he would have been an absolute star.
