What motivates Rogers is that he thinks and feels that this kid Mahomes gets waaaaaay to much attention and he needs to respect his elders. Rogers would love nothing more than to see Mahomes play and crap in Mahomes backyard as well like Brissett and Watson did reminding him who still is the big dog next to Brady. If I'm Patrick I'm chomping at the bit to play to reclaim Arrowhead and totally replace Rogers on all State Farm commercials for good.:-) [Reply]
Seems rather rash to rush him back, I know he's young and thinks he's invincible (like most of us did at that age) however it would be best to rest him and get the rest of the team healthy. Besides, Rodgers and Mahomes are going to meet in the Superbowl anyway... [Reply]

The bye week is enough time for his ankle and knee to be healed. It's sounding like he can come back sooner with a brace. But I can't imagine anyone would disagree that the health of his knee would be dramatically better after 6 weeks vs 2 or 3. 6 weeks seems to be the common time line thrown around. [Reply]

Andy’s press conference today at noon may or may not shed some light on all this but my feeling is after hearing various reports is that he’s back before the bye not after... [Reply]
