Didn't the NBA used to have more days between playoff games in the past? I remember there being like 2-4 days between a lot of playoff games in the past. Every other day gets exhausting for these dudes. They need to have some 2 day breaks in there. Especially before a game 7. [Reply]

Yeah it’s just the compressed schedule this year. There used to be extra travel days and sometimes extra spacing for which night was better for TV. [Reply]

They wanted to finish the postseason as close as possible to their normal finish so they can start at the regular time next year. [Reply]
