I do these kinds of drawings frequently for work. In the Google Sheet I linked, there's a formula that will randomly give everyone a number between 0 and 1. The formula is dynamic, so every time I change anything, it refreshes all the numbers.

Tonight at 8pm, I'll go in and force the calculation to refresh one last time. Then I'll lock in the numbers. Highest numbers win. People can watch live if they're interested.
