Rabble's thread has become extremely slow to load and post so I'm starting a new one while the other will be locked.

As rabble is no longer with us (cough), I have been authorized to post in his stead.

Perhaps we can add a full description of the video then post a direct link in an effort to forego the issues in the original thread.

Let's hear what your hearing.

Reminds me a bit of this band before they went frat boy rock.

Glad you enjoyed that Terminal Nation. Bonus is they seem like cool dudes as well.

I bought their Absolute Control 7" directly from them via Facebook and dude included a handwritten note thanking me. Kind of silly but I appreciated it. Felt like an old school DIY gesture.

Definitely cool when you get a hand written note. Received one when I ordered a Vreid album directly from their shop.

Rolling on with Stones day, pt. 2 : Emotional Rescue, original pressing, RL cut at Sterling Sound. Possibly THE most underrated Stones album of all, lost between the 2 bona-fide classics released just before and after, but this one is also truly great...

"Don't you know promises were never meant to keep?
Just like the night, they dissolve off in sleep...
I'll be your savior, steadfast and true -
I'll come to your emotional rescue..."

Here's what I'm listening to right now as I'm re-stringing my brand new Gibson Flying V. :-)

Pete Way died last week. :-)

Since we are on music artists who passed on this week Justin Townes Earl died a few days ago. I enjoyed his music and song writing who I thought was better than Steve Earl his Dad. He suffered from addiction much like his father and his hero Townes Van Zandt. I suppose the drugs took him. I enjoyed listening to his songs on Red Dirt Radio and Outlaw Country. We lost a prolific songwriter.

For me it was the last truly inspired record from a mighty band.
