Generally three different ways.

Just mustard
Chili & cheese
Chicago style

Funny thing about Chicago dogs. I hate relish and I hate raw onion. But combine those with the other ingredients on a Chicago dog is freaking delicious! It's hard to find a good one around here though. Sonic's isn't too bad but not as good as what I've had in Chicago.

And sauerkraut? Nasty stuff! :-)

Although I like sauerkraut on Brats more than hot dogs. The juice makes the bun soggy for hot dogs more than Brats for some reason.
