I've used A1 Steak Sauce for dipping fries. It is a great change-up from ketchup. I've mixed 50/50 Ketchup A1 Sauce. That works too.

Minimum, mustard. If chopped onions are available, absolutely. Chili with no beans yes.
Sauerkraut on a brat is a must. Sauerkraut on pizza is good as well.

Chicago: mustard, tomato, relish, extra pickle, onion, peppers
Chili Dog: Cheese and mustard under chili "with beans" and then diced onion.
Maybe just a plain old fashioned mustard and pickle during a cookout.

Does anyone know where you can find pretzel buns in the KC area? I've tried Hy-vee and Price Chopper. I have not gotten by Hen House yet. But if someone were to tell me I'd just be wasting my time stopping in to look I wouldn't hate them for it.
