Hey dumbass. Why don't you learn how comprehend what you read? My argument has never been to stay locked down until no one dies from this.. Talk about an exaggeration.

35,000 deaths. And people don't think we are going to get to 60,000. Let alone 100,000.

Death lags behind every other statistic. More are in serious condition than ever before with 583k active cases without a recovery or death yet. If the death rate of REPORTED cases remains constant, which is currently at 37%. That means we will at minimum see 215,000 more deaths. This does not even account for cases that haven't been reported yet. I'm willing to believe that some of the active cases HAVE seen unverified recoveries yet, so the true number is somewhat lower. Even if that is say, 10%, thats still 58,000 more deaths for almost absolute certain.

Luckily our new cases per day is leveling off around 30k. But that is taking into account all of the measures we have taken. Removing all of these stringent shelter at place orders and you will see this really get out of hand. If that does occur, and states start to open completely, we better hope the weather and humidity keeps this thing at bay.

Testing has gone from like 3k reported a day to 1k.... Either the labs aren't as backed up anymore, therefore we're getting fewer results, or our testing has decreased.
So we are at a 20 percent positive rate today?

I saw a bit today saying there was quite a bit of capacity available in the labs for testing.

Well, I'm still walking. Been dealing with it for awhile. Last time I talked to my surgeon he said I'd have to wait. That was about a month ago.

pete, there is a reason so many people react a certain way to your posts.

I am not trying to be a dick. Just keep that in mind.

Yeah, cause they don't like being replied too in the way they reply to others.

I feel you you. My dad had a slit disc for a bit and it was miserable for him. Literally crawled up the steps once.
