The current figure represents a doubling of cases from somewhere between the 4th or 5th of April. The number of cases around those days is double the amount of cases somewhere around March 27.

So can we expect ~780 reported cases by next Friday?
Does locking down and social distancing count?

51,545 patients tested compared to yesterday.

Testing has gone from like 3k reported a day to 1k.... Either the labs aren't as backed up anymore, therefore we're getting fewer results, or our testing has decreased.
