Nzoner's Game Room>Stadium Noise tomorrow
F150 09:59 AM 01-18-2020
Sounds like the broadcasters will be watching noise levels closely and a bunch of Titan fans are speculating the Chiefs won't have the regulars on hand and noise will be less of a factor.

CBS will monitor Chiefs fans noise....be loud:
CBS will deploy 75 cameras between the game production & remote studio shows at Arrowhead, including 2 Skycams, high & low. Low will carry an instrument to measure wind & decibel meter to monitor the loudest stadium in the NFL.

Last year was pretty loud, I don't see why this year would be any different

What does "won't have the regulars on hand" mean?

Anyway, it's harder to make noise when it's cold, people need to take their gloves off when we're on defense and keep the noise levels up.

Every one in the stadium will have goose bumps of excitement. It should be electric.

I’m assuming “regulars” is a reference to regular Arrowhead fans. Can’t imagine why they would expect crowd to be any different than last week.

There is only one thing that is going to lower the noise tomorrow and that isn't the weather.
Coats, hats and gloves will muffle some of the sound, but based on last weekend there is no reason to believe those attending won't bring the thunder.

Why in the hell would the crowd decide the championship game was a good time to act differently. What a ridiculous idea.

Last week was plenty cold and Arrowhead was deafening even when we were down big.

Good point, but I say the weather 'will' hamper to some degree(attendance) because 20 degree high with humidity at 50% and 11 mph wind feels like 7 degrees.

It won’t keep the crazies away and they’re the ones doing all the yelling.

Just a thought Ive had this season, I wonder if the crowd noise affects our communication on Defense? Seems like Spags D, to really excel, relies quite a bit of communication. Maybe a little reason, when it seems we play better on the road, than at home? Anyway, if I was going to the game, I would yell my loudest, regardless.
