It just means no tipped picks before the broadcast. As it gets into the 2nd-3rd-4th rounds and after, the commercials and broadcast don't sync, so it undercuts the drama and makes the draft super boring.
At least, that's how we've done it for a handful of years now. Always open to changing philosophies if the masses want it that way. [Reply]
